Communities need to be reached with the Gospel
Over 12 million people call Pennsylvania home. It is estimated that there are about 300 Independent Baptist Churches in the state. That is one for every 40,000 people. The average size of each church is less than 75 people.
Many of those churches need help and some are even contemplating closing their doors. Our goal is to help them stay open and help them thrive.
The Purpose of Pennsylvania Independent Baptist Fellowship
1. Work with churches throughout the state of Pennsylvania to supply preachers, singers, workers, and funds needed for struggling churches and new church plants.
2. Have a weekly prayer portal for pastors to connect and pray for one another and churches.
3. Have an annual meeting at a central location for all to get together for prayer and fellowship.
4. Have an annual prayer day at the Capitol in Harrisburg to pray with our congressmen.
Helping churches help people
Pennsylvania Baptist Fellowship is a fellowship of Baptist churches in the state of Pennsylvania for the purpose of assisting and praying for one another in the ministry.
